  4. We have a pool of vendors at below retail pricing to take care of any needed repairs, cosmetic fixes or upgrades to increase your return on investment.

  5. We review and present all offers in detail combined with a seller’s estimated proceeds statement.

  6. While conducting showings and open houses we keep track of all feedback so there is no surprise as to how potential buyers view your home.

For these circumstances, a deep cleaning, fresh coat of paint throughout and fresh flowers will make a lasting first impression. We will help you assess the most important items to be addressed so you spend as frugally as possible while still granting a significant return.
